Shipping policies

Each Item is made by me, especially for you. Current turnaround time is 3-5 business days. We will answer emails and get to orders as soon as possible. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday and do not include holidays.

Orders will be shipped USPS First Class (general delivery time 2-5 business days). Once an order ships you will receive a shipping notification with tracking info. 

You can check the status of your order or find out when it is scheduled to be shipped by going to "Your Account" > "Purchases and Reviews" > "View Receipt". The scheduled shipping date will appear in the top right of your receipt.

If you need something rushed please send me a message and I would be happy to set up a rush order for you. My goal is to have the product to you as quickly as possible to ensure that it will make your event! We do have a rush order option that is a separate listing and can be added to your order at checkout.

Please note that I am not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered mail. Once an order is shipped you will be provided with a USPS tracking number that you can use to reference shipping status. 

If your tracking info shows that it's been accepted by the USPS and you have not received your items, you must contact the USPS with provided tracking information to help resolve the issue or file a claim.
